Terms and Conditions  - The Animal Nursery.

Article 1 rights and obligations
1.1 The Animal Care Center will provide the agreed services during the agreed period on the basis of the order given.
1.2 The Animal Care Center will take into account your personal wishes with regard to the care of your pet and the extra services offered by the Animal Care Center as much as possible.
1.3 The Animal Nursery  undertakes to carefully care for and feed the pet to which the agreement applies.
1.4 You owe the price per day/week that has been agreed on the order confirmation for the period that your pet is being cared for by the Animal Care Centre.
1.5 When accepting an order, the general terms and conditions that are published on the website at that time apply. In the event of changes to the general terms and conditions and quotations, if made public via the website, you can no longer claim information provided in previous editions of these documents.
1.6 The Animal Care Center is not liable for damage resulting from withholding information or providing incorrect information about your pet to which the agreement applies.
1.7 You hereby declare that you have taken note of the general terms and conditions.

Article 2 Your rights and obligations
2.1 You are obliged to state all information necessary for proper and responsible care of the pet during the agreed period during the introduction. Interim changes must be communicated to the Animal Care Center by e-mail.
2.2 At home sitters, you provide sufficient food, care material and, if necessary, medicines for the entire period that the Animal Care Center provides the care. If a shortage arises, the Animal Care Center will strive to supplement the same or a qualitatively comparable product. The cost price of this product and the extra working time that the replenishment has cost will be passed on to you.
2.3 In the case of a home sitter, you must ensure that the Animal Care Center has access to the care/residence of the pet to which the assignment applies. You are responsible for properly working keys and locks, which must be checked prior to departure.
2.4 You are obliged to ensure that a spare key is left with a contact person at the Animal Care Center prior to departure. Changes in the details of these contact persons must be communicated to the Animal Care Centre.

2.5 Your pet may not pose a risk of infection to other animals that the Animal Nursery cares for. You must take care of fleas, deworming and vaccination of the cats. The Animal Care Center is not liable for infection by fleas and worms or other contagious diseases.
2.6 If your pet requires medical care during your absence, the Animal Care  go to the vet in consultation with you. All costs arising from this are for your account, including the costs for collecting and returning the animal. You agree to be responsible for the pet at all times.

Article 3 Liability and Disputes
3.1 If the Animal Care Center should be liable, this liability is limited to what is regulated in this provision.
3.2 If the Animal Care Center should be liable for any damage, then the Animal Care Center's liability is limited to the invoice value of the order, at least to that part of the order to which the liability relates. The liability of the Animal Care Center is in any case always limited to the amount paid out by its insurer, where appropriate.
3.3 The Animal Care Center is only liable for direct damage. The Animal Care Center is never liable for indirect damage, including consequential damage, lost profit, lost savings and damage due to business interruption. The limitations of liability included in this article do not apply if the damage is due to intent on the part of the Animal Care Centre.
3.4 As the owner of the pet, you are liable under Dutch law for the material and immaterial damage that his/her animal(s) inflict/inflict on the Animal Care Center, others or the property of the Animal Care Center or others.
3.5 If a dispute arises, the Animal Care Center will make every effort with you to resolve the situation in mutual consultation, before we appeal to the courts.

Article 4 Order confirmation and payment
4.1 The agreements made with regard to the order will be recorded in an order confirmation/invoice.
4.2 The price shown on the order confirmation includes VAT

4.3 The reservation is final when the invoice amount has been paid and confirmed by the  Animal nursery. Remaining invoice amount when handing over the key or bringing your pet to the Animal Care Centre.
4.3 In case of cancellations within 7 days prior to the babysitting period, a 20% administration fee will be charged. If you return earlier than the agreed date, no money will be refunded.
